Walk & Roll for Disabilities
Each March, the Meyer Foundation for Disabilities hosts the Walk and Roll for Disabilities. This event is a short, non-competitive walk indoors at the Oak View Mall, that supports adult recreational therapy programming at the Munroe-Meyer Institute. While you're there, connect with area nonprofits and businesses that have programs/services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
More than 300 people participate in this walk and the event raises about $30,000 annually.
Follow the Walk and Roll Facebook page for event updates.
