Caring for Champions Program

Inspired by Special Olympic athletes and established to serve the health care needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the Caring for Champions program at MMI is committed to providing individuals with disabilities and complex health care needs access to outstanding vision, dental and dietary health and wellness services that are tailored to their unique situation.

Make An Appointment

An individual can be self-referred or referred by a physician or other health care professional, school district, social service agency or family member to be seen in the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute Caring for Champions Dental Clinic, Vision Clinic or Health & Wellness Program.

Appointments are scheduled through the Munroe-Meyer Institute Patient Information Office.
