Mallory Luers Morris, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech language pathologist at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s (UNMC) Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI) Speech-Language Pathology Department. Mallory joined the team in March 2023. She then gained professional clinical experience at a mid-level hospital in central Nebraska where she treated patients in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing settings and NICU settings. Her clinical interests include communication, cognition and swallowing treatment following acute stroke or traumatic brain injury, adult and geriatric dysphagia management, palliative dysphagia management, and swallowing and communication in tracheostomized/ventilator dependent patients.
