Professional Summary
Rachael Serena, BS, CTRS, completed an internship with the Munroe-Meyer Institute’s Recreational Therapy Department in the fall of 2016 and started working full time shortly after in January of 2017. She has worked a wide variety of programs throughout her time with the rec therapy team, and currently administrates the pediatric after school program along with the teen girl’s group. Rachael’s passion is working with teens and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and finds that their sassy nature matches her own. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys relaxing outside with her husband and golden doodle.
