Community Engagement

Clinical & Translational Science programs aim to strengthen and support the spectrum of translational research by accelerating the process of translating laboratory discoveries into treatments for patients, training a new generation of clinical and translational researchers, and engaging communities in clinical research efforts.

Community Engaged Research

Community Engaged Research (CEnR) at UNMC connects university partners with providers and communities to advance community engaged approaches to research based solutions.

Practice-Based Research Networks

Practice-Based Research Networks (PBRN) are groups of primary care clinicians and practices working together to answer community-based health care questions and translate research findings into practice. PBRNs engage clinicians in quality improvement activities and an evidence-based culture in primary care practice to improve the health of all Americans.
