Curriculum
The learning experience is comprised of a multimodal approach to ensure fellows are well-prepared to provide evidence-based critical care. The foundation of learning is at the bedside, with multidisciplinary teaching on rounds, led by the faculty. Didactic conferences include twice weekly lectures dedicated to critical care fellows, multidisciplinary quality assurance and morbidity and mortality conferences, and grand rounds lectures provided by visiting professors. Fellows will also participate in journal club once a month and attend ICU administration committee meetings.
