Presentations and Training
CAPS staff are available to provide ongoing training and professional development for students, faculty, and staff. We're happy to present on the topics of your choosing and customize our presentation to meet your needs. We will present to classes, student groups and organizations, and faculty and staff meetings. To request a presentation you may contact Jeff Knapp or fill out our Presentation Request form. Please keep an eye out on our website for any public trainings we may offer throughout the year.
CAPS is now certified to teach the Mental Health First Aid course. This is an evidence based program created by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. This comprehensive course provides education and understanding on common mental health concerns as well as specific strategies to assist others.
