  - Request a Duplicate Diploma
    Duplicate diplomas are available through submission of a request form. Diplomas are mailed and take 3-4 weeks for printing and delivery.

  All UNMC students who pay Fund B have access to a student health clinic. Find the clinic for your campus and learn about covered services. Find information about immediate and emergency care, specialty care, and how to report blood/bodily fluid exposure.

Final transcripts can be sent electronically to "UNMC College of Allied Health Professions" via Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, or directly by email to College of Allied Health Professions.
