    Duplicate diplomas are available through submission of a request form. Diplomas are mailed and take 3-4 weeks for printing and delivery.

  All UNMC students who pay Fund B have access to a student health clinic. Find the clinic for your campus and learn about covered services. Find information about immediate and emergency care, specialty care, and how to report blood/bodily fluid exposure.

Our office coordinates a variety of student services, from managing personal and academic records to organizing spring and fall commencement ceremonies.

Graduation Applications

Students intending to graduate are required to complete an Application for Degree, which includes a nonrefundable/nontransferable fee. Degrees cannot be conferred without the completed Application for Degree. The deadline to apply for May graduation is Monday, Feb. 10, 2025. Learn more about late applications.
