Instruments and Services

GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler

GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler is a spatial biology platform developed by Bruker (previously Nanostring) Technologies. It enables high-resolution, multiplexed spatial analysis of proteins and RNA in tissue samples. The platform combines spatial profiling with high-plex molecular analysis, allowing researchers to study gene and protein expression within the context of tissue architecture. Additional information about the GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler is available for internal, UNMC researchers.

The staff of the Spatial Profiling Hub offer expert collaboration from project design to data handoff. The core has an established workflows with additional shared resources on UNMC campus to allow for expertise throughout your entire project.
