Core Facility Resource Grant Insert Statement

The Small Animal MRI Core Facility is partially supported by Nebraska Research Initiative and CoNDA (NIH P20GM130447).

Rigor & Reproducibility Statement

We perform routine quality control for each coil, and weekly magnet data including helium and nitrogen levels. Our system maintenance is recorded. These data are available to users upon request. Imaging acquisition and analysis protocols are available for inspection. Our equipment provides documentation and raw data for experimental runs by recording detailed scanner parameters and time. We maintain a separate log for data analysis service. Raw data are backed up routinely in physical hard drive, and SharePoint network storage.

Data Management and Sharing Statement

The Small Animal MRI Core facility follows the NIH Policy for Data Management and Sharing. All NIH sponsored projects that generate scientific data using The Small Animal MRI Core Facility must manage and share data according to the NIH policy. This includes information on data storage, access policies/procedures, preservation, metadata standards, distribution approaches, and more.
