Who We Are

Our core facility provides instrumentation and technical assistance to research programs utilizing Transmission Electron Microscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy. The Electron Microscopy Core Facility is available to all University of Nebraska personnel, as well as outside institutions and industrial users. The director and two full-time electron microscopy specialists are available for consultation and service. The facility is supported, in part, by user fees to cover supplies, instrument time and the specialists' time to carry out any part of a project.
