Matrix Laboratory (MATLAB) is a high-performance application for technical computing

New research tools, created by eLabNext, are now available at UNMC, including electronic lab notebooks and inventory management.

EndNote is a commercial reference management software package, used to manage bibliographies and reference lists.

BioRender is an online app used to create, edit, and collaborate on scientific diagrams, and illustrations.

All employees putting in requests for new software should review the approved software list
Check to see if application software you want to use is approved and used on campus.

Not all application software on the list is licensed for the entire enterprise. Contact the business contact to discuss potential license costs and contract changes to ensure proper usage.
If the business contact shows Workstation Support, work with your local workstation support person.
If you don’t see application software on the list that you think is approved, reach out to EnterpriseArchitecture@nebraskamed.com

Any software requested that is not on the approved software list will be subject to denial.
