Mark Ka Heng Chan
Associate Professor, UNMC Department of Radiation Oncology
Dr. Chan is a medical physicist specialized in spot scanning proton therapy. He received his medical physics training in 2006-2008 and has become proton therapy physics expert since he practiced in Germany in 2019 and the Netherlands in 2021. He will provide physics support of the first proton therapy facility in Nebraska that is expected to open doors in 2027.
