Ellie Bacon, MS, is an assistant professor of medical physics in the UNMC College of Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology. She primarily is located in Kearney
She joined the faculty in 2024 after completing her residency at UNMC. She helps mentor medical physics residents and teaches courses in radiation therapy physics for radiation therapy students in the UNMC College of Allied Health Professions.
In addition to student education, she is passionate about patient education and communication.
