Personality Assessments

Myers Briggs Type Inventory

This personality assessment looks at psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. Results help people understand the four dichotomies in how people direct/receive energy, take in information, come to conclusions, and approach the outside world. The assessment can be done individually, for a team, or organization-wide. Interactive half- or full-day sessions encourage participants to understand their results and use the assessment to encourage dialogue and help improve communication, decision-making and conflict management.

Change Style Indicator

This leadership assessment was designed to measure an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change. It provides leaders of all levels with insights on personal preferences for managing through change and provides context for how those around them might perceive and respond to their preferred style. Half-day workshops help individuals or teams debrief results, gain skills to optimize their styles, and apply the assessment to real-world challenges.

Change Navigator

Change Navigator is a tool for change leaders that takes participants on a journey through the stages of transition that are common to periods of change and helps people to understand and navigate them. It focuses on the emotions of individuals as they navigate change and the predictable stages of transition. The assessment measures where individuals will fall in the four stages of transition for a specific change event: Acknowledging; Reacting; Investigating; or Implementing. This tool is a unique exercise in change exploration designed for organizations that are undergoing a specific change event.

Influence Style Indicator

The Influence Style Indicator is an assessment instrument designed to understand an individual's preferred style as they influence others. The assessment addresses one’s preferred, secondary, and underutilized influencing styles in advocating or uniting people. Group sessions help teams understand and optimize their styles to achieve goals and fulfil missions.

Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation

This assessment helps people understand their interpersonal needs and how those needs influence their communication style and behavior. Results provide information on how people tend to behave toward others and how they want others to behave toward them, which can be useful in addressing issues and potential misunderstandings with co-workers.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument

This assessment allows you to discover whether you might be overusing or underusing one or more of five conflict-handling modes (collaborating, competing, compromising, accommodating, and avoiding), so you can improve how you manage conflict. All modes are needed but are most effective in certain situations and ineffective in others. When done for a team, the assessment can help organizations address conflict and cultivate self-awareness to help find creative and effective solutions.

360˚ / Developmental Assessments

The Leadership Circle 360 (individual 360˚ assessment)

A 360 leadership assessment takes into account feedback from your peers to evaluate your leadership skills, influence, overall effectiveness, and other key competencies relating to leadership. The Leadership Circle Profile measures both Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies. Creative competencies measure how you achieve results, bring out the best in others, lead with vision, enhance your development, act with integrity and courage, and improve organizational systems. Reactive tendencies are self-limiting styles focus on gaining the approval of others, protecting yourself, or getting results at the expense of others. The Leadership Circle 360 opens a window to the leader’s unique Operating System: Internal Assumptions (beliefs) that run behavior in both domains and indicates how the inner world of thought might translate into a productive or unproductive style of leadership. The Leadership Circle Profile increases awareness to create change in behavior.

The Collective Leadership Assessment™ (team 360˚ assessment)

This assessment delivers a powerful litmus test of collective leadership effectiveness for teams or entire organizations. It is a comprehensive view of where employees view current collective leadership effectiveness compared to the desired collective effectiveness. The “gap” between current collective effectiveness and desired instantly reveals development opportunities. Additionally, the tool compares your team’s or organization’s effectiveness against our global database.

The Intercultural Development Inventory

The Intercultural Development Inventory is a widely used and effective cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence. The tool assesses intercultural competence – the capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural difference and commonalities. Individual and group reports are available.
