Colleen Svoboda, MPH, has served as partnerships and assessment manager in the UNMC College of Public Health since 2019.
Previously, she served as a program coordinator at then-Children’s Hospital & Medical Center, and as administrator of the Office of Community Health & Performance Management of Divison of Public Health in the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services. Other roles within the division were performance improvement manager in the Office of Community and Rural Health, and program coordinator in the Office of Community Health & Performance Management.
