Trina White, DrPH, MBA, MSPT, FACHE, FACMPE is an Assistant Professor in the UNMC Department of Health Services Research & Administration. She brings thirty years of healthcare industry experience, twenty-three of which were in healthcare leadership roles.
Prior to joining UNMC in 2023, she held several executive healthcare positions with Sutter Health during her seven years there, including as Chief Executive Officer of the Sutter Surgery Center Division, Sutter Care at Home, and Walk In Care; CEO of the Sutter Valley Medical Foundation, central region; Chief Administrative Officer of the Sutter Maternity & Surgery Center; and Vice President of Operations for the Sutter Bay Area Medical Foundation, east region.
Earlier in her career, she served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Orthopedics Service Line at Eisenhower Medical Center, and CEO for Nebraska Orthopaedic Associates. She also served in different Director roles for Methodist Health in Omaha.
Throughout her healthcare career, she has been involved in academia and served as an adjunct professor for the University of Nebraska Omaha, Methodist College in Omaha and with the University of South Dakota.
