Rachel Lookadoo, JD, holds several roles at UNMC, which she joined in 2018. She is director of public health policy for the Water, Climate and Health Program in the UNMC College of Public Health.

She also serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Environmental, Agricultural & Occupational Health.

Lookadoo is deputy director of the UNMC Center for Preparedness and Emergency Response Solutions, where she also serves as director of legal and public health preparedness.
