About

We are focused on collaborative models of research and policy direction that include active stakeholders from the government, health insurance, healthcare providers, NGO’s, academia, public health, and public administration.

We also provide a variety of systematic and evidence-based approaches to identify and address critical issues related to health care access, delivery, financing, policy, and outcomes.

Our Areas of Impact

  • Shape policy decisions: Provide objective and reliable evidence to inform the development of policies that improve health care delivery transformation, patient outcomes, health care access and operational efficiency of systems.
  • Identify health care and policy gaps: Use research and analysis to identify gaps in health care delivery, access, and financing that can be addressed through policy interventions all while promoting evidence-based practice.
  • Monitor health care quality and performance: Evaluate the quality and performance of health care delivery systems and public health by identifying areas for improvement and promoting best practices.
  • Highlight health inequalities and health disparities: Identify health disparities among vulnerable populations and suggest policies that address these disparities.
  • Serve as a neutral covener: Bring together experts and professionals to address central issues facing Nebraska and the region and nation.
