Course Details

The Center for Global Health and Development designed CPH 559: Learning Across Borders - A Global Health Experience. This 3-credit hour graduate-level course was held over the 13-week summer term. The course had nine students, including eight MPH and one PhD student, representing four states and two international students. Notably, seven of the nine students were online COPH students. Dr. Ariane Rung and Dr. Matt Nonnenmann help lead the student group with Danielle Thies in Rwanda. 

From June 11-19, 2024, students were immersed in the diverse cultural and public health environment of Rwanda.
