April Elker is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in digital learning and course development. She leads the design and implementation of blueprint courses, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students. She applies best practices in instructional design to create engaging online and face-to-face courses, develops instructor guides, and collaborates with subject matter experts to enhance learning content. Prior to joining the College of Public Health, April served as the Senior Program Manager for the Office of E-Learning. She administered e-learning programs, managed the E-Learning Lab operations, led program evaluations, and biennial report development.
