Jessica Downes
Dr. Downes practices in ambulatory care at OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc.  Her interests include working with underserved populations to help better manage their chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular risk reduction. Dr. Downes helps to educate and empower patients to take their medications safely and optimally.

Dr. Downes research efforts are in population-based health with an emphasis in vulnerable populations.

Dr. Downes serves as a section coordinator in Pharmacotherapy I and II and provides a variety of lectures through Pharmacotherapy courses on topics including hypertension and diabetes. Dr. Downes also serves as a co-coordinator for a diabetes elective for P3 students. Additionally, Dr. Downes serves as a preceptor for P4 students on APPE rotations.
