Education
Our Neonatology Fellowship Program is built on an educational foundation that integrates evidence-based medicine, adult learning theory, and focused preparation for subspecialty board certification. We strive to cultivate not only clinical expertise but also lifelong learning skills and scholarly development in our fellows.
You and the other fellows in the program will have one afternoon a week where you will be protected from clinical responsibilities to learn together and teach one another skills, research and knowledge. Educational content is a mix of discussion, review of research, case-based discussions, questions and simulations.
