  • What do you value most in your pediatric cardiology training at UNMC/Children's Nebraska?: We are well trained in the core pediatric cardiology rotations but are given the flexibility to pursue our educational and professional interests. We are also offered the appropriate amount of provider autonomy which allows fellows to learn and progress over the safety net of supportive attendings.
  • Personal interests & hobbies: I play weekly pick-up soccer and pickleball. I enjoy cooking for family and friends and trying new cuisine. Most of my free time is spent with my three energetic kids.
  • Current Research Focus: Bicuspid aortic valves and long-term outcomes associated with different surgical approaches.
