Medication Review by Pharmacy
Medications, while intended to be a positive intervention to treat patients, can also cause harmful side effects. Many of these side effects increase the risk of falls, or injury from a fall. Pharmacists provide a unique contribution into the management of fall risk given their expertise in this area.
