Marat R. Sadykov, PhD, is an assistant professor in the UNMC Department of Pathology, Microbiology and Immunology. He has a broad background and extensive experience in bacterial genetics, physiology and metabolism with specific training and expertise in both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
Dr. Sadykov's research interests center on understanding the metabolic and physiological aspects of bacterial pathogenesis.
