Scott Koepsell, MD, PhD

Scott Koepsell, MD, PhD, is vice chair of clinical operations in the UNMC Department of Pathology, Microbiology and Immunology, where he also serves as a professor and as medical director of the UNMC Biologics Production Facility.

Dr. Koepsell specializes in transfusion Medicine and cellular therapy. He serves as medical director of apheresis services for UNMC's primary clinical partner, Nebraska Medicine, where he also directs Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments for its clinical laboratories.
