Stemming from years of scientific research, we are making research discoveries that are advancing diagnosis and treatment. We are building a world-class research program focused on musculoskeletal diseases, molecular biology and genetics, the development of less invasive surgical techniques, knee implant testing, and computer-aided surgery.

As a result of our innovative research, department researchers are attracting increased funding and acclaim and have presented results at prestigious national and international scientific conferences.
