- Dr. Ford is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at All Care Health Center (ACHC) in Council Bluffs, IA. ACHC is a Federally Qualifying Health Center (FQHC) that provides care to low income and culturally diverse patients. Dr. Ford enjoys providing OB/GYN care to the patients at ACHC and helping them identify resources to meet their needs.
