On Thursday, Dec. 7, Lungs4Life presented a $27,500 check to lung cancer specialists Drs. Alissa Marr and Apar Kishor Ganti for lung cancer research at the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center. Dr. Marr is holding the check on the right, while Dr. Ganti is in the white shirt to the right of Dr. Marr. They are joined by several Nebraska Medicine lung cancer survivors and Lungs4Life board members.
