Some UNMC computers infected by Blaster Worm

On Tuesday, the UNMC campus experienced workstation difficulties due to a computer virus called the Blaster Worm. Less than 10 percent of the UNMC computers were infected with this worm. ITS has been working with departmental personnel to repair infected machines. If you are still experiencing difficulties with your computer, call your computer support person or the HelpDesk at 559-7700.
