UNMC College of Medicine to increase class size in 2008
In the fall of 2008, the UNMC College of Medicine will — for the first time in 30 years — increase its class size. The 8 percent increase will boost UNMC’s first-year class from 120 to 130 students.

42nd street to close Saturday for pedestrian bridge installation
The section of 42nd Street between Dewey and Emile streets will close temporarily on Saturday while the pedestrian bridge connecting the Michael F. Sorrell Center for Health Science Education to Wittson Hall is set in place.
