Dentistry class of 2007 is No. 1 on national board exam

The results of part two of the national board exam for the 44 UNMC dental students who graduated this year are in and the College of Dentistry is celebrating. The graduating class of 2007 had the highest overall average score in the nation on the examination taken by all of the nation’s dental students.

UNMC rural health recruitment program proves successful

A 15-year study of the UNMC Rural Health Opportunities Program (RHOP) released this month indicates that 57 percent of graduates are practicing in Nebraska rural communities and 10 percent are practicing in rural communities in other states.
