Stacy Lamprecht’s 10-year-old daughter, Chloe, has type-one diabetes. … On Friday, Lamprecht told the Nebraska Legislature’s Judicial Committee that research bans, such as that proposed in a bill before the Legislature that would ban all human cloning — would limit the possibilities that solutions can be found to improve Chloe’s life.
