Million-step Monday – McFadden and Carstens repeat

Marathoner Greg McFadden logged 549,213 steps in December to become the first repeat winner of the Gold Shoe award. The Silver Shoe, meanwhile, seems to have found a permanent home in Julie Carstens’ office at the Munroe-Meyer Institute.
