I’m lucky. I probably have the best job in the world. I get to tell the UNMC story. I get to run around the medical center and interact with our incredible health professionals and learn about some of their remarkable successes. This week, I was saddened to hear that one of UNMC’s biggest champions, Gordon Hauptman, had passed away after a five-year battle with prostate cancer.
