Ground to break today on College of Public Health building

The campus is invited to a formal groundbreaking ceremony today for the College of Public Health building. The ceremony will be held today at 10:30 a.m. on 40th Street between Emile and Dewey streets. Cupcakes and fruit will be available for those who attend.

BK campaign raises $155,000 for pediatric cancer research

The fight against children’s cancers at the UNMC Eppley Cancer Center received a boost from the fifth annual BK Beat Cancer for Kids campaign. The month-long campaign in July raised $155,000.
