Community health fair reaches nearly 800 residents
The South Omaha Community Health Fair had the highest turnout in event history. The free health fair included critical screenings such as blood pressure, cholesterol, vision, prostate and oral care screenings.

A note about the campus drug policy
UNMC employees are required to adhere to the Drug-Free Workplace Policy, which prohibits employees from the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession or use of alcohol and/or a controlled substance on UNMC property. UNMC receives 4.5 percent budget increase
The University of Nebraska Board of Regents has set UNMC’s total 2009-10 revenue and expense budget at $534.7 million, an increase of 4.5 percent over the previous year.
