Vanessa Crookshank, associate professor of dental hygiene, Colorado Mountain College, was working part-time at Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska, before additional education helped her achieve a full-time faculty position&period; She is an alumnus of UNMC's Master of Health Professions Teaching and Technology program, which she said helped her to "dream big&period;"
