Dr. Swindells is cautiously optimistic about new AIDS developments
In late September, in a major shift of policy, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended that all teenagers and most adults aged 13-64 have HIV tests as part of routine medical care. UNMC’s Dr. Susan Swindells says she is cautiously optimistic about the new developments.
