Annual NUFlex Enrollment for employee benefits is one week away. Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. CST, Monday, Oct. 31st, and runs through Friday, Nov. 18th, 5 p.m. CST.
To prepare, here are some things employees can do ahead of time:
- Log into Firefly
- By logging into Firefly now, employees ensure that their password is current.

- Contact the Firefly Helpdesk at 402-559-BUZZ (2899) or by email.
- Adding a new dependent?
- Gather dependent verification documents now. Here is a link for those documents.
- Considering using the Employee Plus One plans?
- Had a life change event in the past 12 months?
- Review life insurance beneficiary designation by logging into Firefly, clicking on “Employee Self Service” and then clicking on the “Life Insurance Beneficiaries” tile.

I was wondering if we will be getting sent any information on the available insurance plans, breakdown of costs, and any major changes from the previous year’s plans. I have not seen anything come in the mail and the information on the benefits webpage seems to be for the plans that started January of 2022.
