In partnership with The International Omaha, a horse-show competition, UNMC has a limited number of free general admission tickets available to UNMC faculty, staff and students.
The event is being held at the CHI Health Center May 5-8, with ticketed events Friday through Sunday. UNMC faculty, staff and students who would like tickets must email the UNMC event coordinator before 8 a.m. on May 2, to request up to two all-event tickets per person. Put "Horse Show" in the subject line and enter the day you wish to attend. These requests will be entered into a lottery and recipients drawn at random.
All entries must include the day and number of tickets being requested.
People who receive tickets will be notified later that day with further details. Children 3 and older must have a ticket for entry into the event. Tickets must be picked up in the 4230 building near 42nd and Leavenworth Streets on the UNMC Omaha campus.
Those who do not win tickets may purchase them half-price on Ticketmaster using the code: HEART.
The following are the event times and dates:
Friday, May 6:
- Init2Winit speed jumping, 7 p.m.
Saturday, May 7:
- Vaulting, 7 p.m.
Sunday, May 8:
- Grand Prix jumping, 3:15 p.m.
I am trying to buy the tickets with the HEART code but it tells me that it is invalid!
Laura: The code needs to be applied before selecting seats. Thanks.
