The College of Medicine's Culture Conversation is a series of video interviews, material and other items designed to help leaders, faculty, staff and students of the college build their professional toolbox and strengthen the college's workplace and educational culture.
This month, we discuss "Courage." The attached documents will help continue the conversation:
- Courage Culture Conversation – These slides contain the concepts and questions you will use to conduct the monthly culture conversations, reviewing last month’s concepts and prompting discussion on how to use them.
- Leader Packet – Use this packet as your guide in preparing for the conversation. This conversation should set up for the ongoing efforts beyond this month.
