Isha Snehal, MBBS, resident physician in the department of neurological sciences and human of UNMC:
“I went to medical school at Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India. I was drawn to neurology and wanted to explore more academic and international frontiers. After taking the licensing exams to train in the U.S., I heard about UNMC from some phenomenal neurologist friends and soon applied.
"During my interview, the residents and faculty were friendly and welcoming. Soon after, I matched at UNMC, and the training has been a steep learning curve as a clinician.
