Chancellor’s forum set for Thursday

Jane Meza, PhD, interim executive director for health security for UNMC and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, MD.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to attend an all-campus forum with UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, MD, this Thursday, Feb. 3, from noon to 1 p.m.

Dr. Gold will be joined by Jane Meza, PhD, interim executive director for health security for UNMC and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. They will discuss the latest on COVID-19 and the omicron variant, review COVID-19 campus safety guidelines, highlight other campus issues and take audience questions.

Attendees may view the forum online via Zoom. An American Sign Language interpreter will take part in the event.
