The College of Medicine's Culture Conversation is a series of video interviews, material and other items designed to help leaders, faculty, staff and students of the college build their professional toolbox and strengthen the college's workplace and educational culture.
In December, we continue our discussion on the value of Excellence, and we will be focusing on developing a "Blue Chip" mindset. Please use and review the attached documents as you prepare for the conversation:
- December Excellence Culture Conversation – These slides contain the concepts and questions you will use to conduct the monthly culture conversations, reviewing last month’s excellence concepts and prompting discussion on how to use them.
- Leader Packet – Use this packet as your guide in preparing for the conversation. This conversation should serve as a debrief from last month and set-up for the ongoing efforts in December and beyond.
These resources will be placed on the Be Extraordinary Together portal on Nov. 1. Use that portal if you need to access these resources or any supplemental resources needed in understanding the concepts for the month.
