The College of Medicine's Culture Conversation is a series of video interviews, material and other items designed to help leaders, faculty, staff and students of the college build their professional toolbox and strengthen the college's workplace and educational culture.
As we move into October, we continue our focus on Teamwork and using the concepts of Appreciation, Behavioral Styles, and Filters to continue our efforts to support one another. As you prepare to have your conversations, please use and review the attached documents:
- October Teamwork Culture Conversation – These slides contain the concepts and questions you will use to conduct the monthly culture conversations. Note that when we discuss Teamwork the focus is on forming connections, building belonging, and boosting wellbeing through the use of Appreciation, Behavioral Styles, and Filters.
- Leader packet – Use this packet as your guide in preparing for the conversation. This is a great opportunity to check-in with the team on the great actions they have taken over the past month around Teamwork and to set the stage for continued use of the concepts moving forward.
