Fall webinar series tackles stress

Arbor Family Counseling will be holding a series of webinars this fall presented by counselors from their employee assistance services.

the 30-minute webinars are free to members of the UNMC community.

  • Nov. 4, noon – “Election Stress,” speaker, Maureen O’Donnell.
  • Nov. 16, noon – “Stress & Resiliency,” speakers John Cannon, PhD, and Nancy Cannon
  • Dec. 4, noon – “Remote Schooling from Home,” speaker Hannah Reilly
  • Dec. 7, noon – “Depression and Masked Depression during COVID,” speaker John Lenhoff, PhD
  • Dec. 14, noon – “Self-Care During the Crazy COVID Holidays,” speaker, Kathleen Kallstrom-Schrenckengost, PhD
