Cramer Memorial Lectureship set for Sept. 28

Kristin Ashford, PhD, will present the Anna Marie Jensen Cramer Memorial Lectureship on Sept. 28.

Kristin Ashford, PhD, associate dean for undergraduate faculty and interprofessional education at the University of Kentucky College of Nursing, will give the eighth annual Anna Marie Jensen Cramer Memorial Lectureship in Women’s & Children’s Health and Family Nursing on Sept. 28.

Dr. Ashford’s virtual presentation, which will be broadcast Sept. 28 via Zoom from 5 to 6:15 p.m. CT, will be on the “Positive Care of Perinatal Women with Opioid Use Disorder.”

Dr. Ashford also is director of the Perinatal Research and Wellness Center at the University of Kentucky College of Nursing in Lexington, Kentucky.

The event is intended for advanced practice nurses, registered nurses, primary care provider and other interested health care professionals.

The UNMC College of Nursing Continuing Nursing Education is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
